A Webmaster or also can be known as a web developer is someone who is responsible for maintaining one or more websites.There are many duties a webmaster has to do such as making sure the hardware,software are working accurately ,it may also consist of designing the website, generating and revising web pages.A webmaster has to have a specialized knowledge and  skill to maintain the sites content and also  solve the questions and problems of the site users.

A Computer support specialist basically help people use their computers when something goes wrong.they will try to figure out and fix the problem.There are three basic ways support specialist answer the questions either they answer it over the phone,e-mail or some even help them face-to face.As a support specialist it is very important to be a good listener and also good at solving problems.
